Anjali Dawar (Founder and Partner), a Corporate Lawyer  with over +13 years of diversified experience in providing expert advice and directing the company policy on broad range of legal and regulatory compliance including but not limited to transaction advisory and legal advisory.  

A Company Secretary and a Law Graduate by profession having experience in handholding of end-to-end transaction including but not limited to advisory and execution. She has worked extensively with start ups, founders with various funds including AIFs and was key in providing advisory support in relation to legal and compliance matters including but not limited to Companies Act, SEBI rules and FEMA. She has extensive experience in deal structuring including fund raising, investment transactions, exit formalities/transactions and other company law matters. 

Her experience includes advising and serving clients across various sectors including but not limited to Hospitality, E-Commerce, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, FMCG, Fintech and Health Start- UPs. She has been extensively involved in helping Start-Ups help raise funds and comply with governing laws.  

Raj Babu- Consultant-Financial Reporting and Advisory, a Chartered Accountant who is an expert in the areas of Financial Services, Auditing, Taxation, BPO and Company Law related matters.  Over the years, Raj Babu has gained in-depth experience in providing a multitude of services to a number of multinational corporate as well as to several reputed Indian companies. His executive team at the firm provides real world solutions to complex business issues by laying stress on meeting time-bound schedules and continuously upgrading technical skills. The working of the entire firm is webbed through efficient communication and documentation, written systems and procedures and yearly calendar of meetings and training schedules. We have a stated policy of ensuring high quality services to each client irrespective of its location and size. Raj Babu is having +12 years of experience in this industry. 

Arun Goel- L.L.B and Company Secretary, An associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, commerce graduate from Delhi University, holding a degree of Bachelor of Legislative Law (L.L.B.), and master of commerce in business policy & corporate governance, empaneled as a consultant with law firms, working as an practicing company secretary for more than eight year and past chairman of Faridabad Chapter of NIRC of ICSI.

Jasleen Kaur - Company Secretary, a Company Secretary with over +10 years of experience in providing expert advice on the regulatory compliance pertaining to Limited/Private Limited/LLP concerns. She as legal representatives of a businesses performs and manages various regulatory functions like carrying incorporation of the firm; sufficing preparation and audit of business reports; filing annual returns; dealing with amended regulations on a steady basis, etc.

Other team members consists of Associate, Company Secretary, Chartered Accountants and interns, total team size is of 7 people.
